Season’s greetings from CMHA Ottawa

As the holiday season approaches, we want to extend warm wishes to you from everyone here at CMHA Ottawa.

We recognize that, for some, the holidays can be a challenging time. It can be extra stressful on individuals struggling with mental health, addictions, homelessness and insufficient access to the social determinants of health that so many of us take for granted.

CMHA Ottawa works with eligible individuals in our community by helping them deal with their mental health and addictions challenges through timely supports, programs and services. It is our goal to make sure that no one faces their mental health and addiction struggles alone,

We can use your help. If you wish to donate to CMHA Ottawa this holiday season, your generosity will help support individuals experiencing mental health and addictions challenges, their families and caregivers.

Your donation will make a positive impact in our community. To contribute, please visit our page on CanadaHelps.

If you need support during the holidays, please check out our list of local resources and crisis lines. Alternatively, ConnexOntario is available 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600 or online at www.connexontario.ca.

Please note our holiday hours:

May your holiday season be filled with peace, joy, and the spirit of giving. Thank you for providing hope to the lives of those in need. Happy new year!
