Support mental health, addictions services and awareness for GivingTuesday

CMHA Ottawa invites you to join us as we participate in GivingTuesday, a global day of generosity and giving on Nov. 30. 

Each year after Black Friday, Giving Tuesday marks the opening day of the giving season. It’s a time where charities, companies and individuals join together to give back to their favourite causes. There is no “right” way to participate as long as it supports generosity and giving. Donate, volunteer time, help a neighbour, or spread the word. 

For those living with mental health or addictions issues, the upcoming holiday season can be overwhelming. Help CMHA help our clients. Support us for GivingTuesday by donating through our page on CanadaHelps.org.
