Eventbrite Request

This form is used by internal staff when they wish to run a training session at CMHA Ottawa in order to have Julie start the coordination process.

In order to set up your training event in Eventbrite, please fill in the form below to the best of your abilities.  Prior to filling in the form you may need to check with the Learning Team or view the Training Calendar to ensure no other training is booked at the same time.   Once you click Submit we will be notified of your submission and will begin to work on your request within 3 business days.  If you need anything in the interim please let us know.

***Please note that all course registration will close 3-5 days in advance of the training event date in order to manage the additional Zoom Meeting logistics***
