We are proud to present the CMHA Ottawa 2023-2024 Annual Report, a chance to reflect on the many successes of the past year as Ottawa’s leading community-based mental health and substance use healthcare provider.
At CMHA Ottawa, we provide programs and services to eligible individuals in the Ottawa area experiencing severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder, many of whom are experiencing chronic homelessness or are vulnerably housed. In 2023-2024, our frontline staff, peers, management, enabling teams, partners, supporters, Board of Directors—and most of all, our clients—made significant strides in an increasingly challenging and complex landscape.

“CMHA Ottawa has had a huge impact on my life. They contacted me when I was at my lowest point and helped get me to where I am today. The staff is amazing and they really put their clients at the forefront of their recovery. I wouldn’t be where I am today without this organization and am very grateful!” —Acacia, graduated client and peer advisor
