$2 from every chef pie at Heartbreakers Pizza this July goes to CMHA Ottawa

Guest chefs Bellwoods Brewery select CMHA Ottawa as charity partner for month-long specialty menu item at popular west Ottawa pizza spot

A man in a green t-shirt and hat pours marinara sauce from a ladle onto dough. A woman with short blonde hair smiles in the background, reaching for something. A man in a red t-shirt watches the other man as he pours on the sauce, smiling. Pizza boxes are stacked in the background.

Every month, the team at Heartbreakers Pizza in Ottawa’s Hintonburg neighbourhood collaborates with a guest chef on a signature pizza benefitting a local charity. For the month of July, Bellwoods Brewery’s Head Chef Jay and Retail Manager Joel helped design a buffalo chicken pizza with cool blue cheese ranch, and selected CMHA Ottawa as their charity partner.

A hot and fresh pizza pie sits on a pan, a hand hovers, pouring on some ranch blue cheese dressing.

Une tarte à pizza chaude et fraîche est posée sur une poêle, une main plane, versant de la vinaigrette au fromage bleu et au ranch.

Well, would ya look at that? The Bellwoods Chef Pie at Heartbreakers Pizza. Only available this month.

This month, Heartbreakers will generously donate $2 from the sale of every Chef Pie, designed by Bellwoods Brewery, to CMHA Ottawa, helping fund vital community-based mental health and substance use healthcare in the Ottawa area. All of us at CMHA Ottawa are thrilled to have been chosen as the benefitting charity.

For full details about this special pizza, and to make a reservation, check out the Heartbreakers Pizza website. Visit Heartbreakers at 465 Parkdale Avenue in Ottawa’s Hintonburg neighbourhood before the July Chef Pie is gone. Bon appetit!

Thank you, Heartbreakers and Bellwoods!
