Monthly CMHA Trainer Time Sheet

In order to track training hours for our internal trainers and to process financial data, we require regular inputs from the team in order to understand the time spent preparing and delivering our training programs.

Please take a few minutes at the end of every month to fill in the information below for each of the programs you have taught over the course of the current month.  This data will be compiled and used for both budget and reporting purposes.  Thanks for your cooperation and support in this manner!
