Recovery College | Wellness in the Workplace
For many, the recovery journey includes resuming or taking on new roles. Whether the choice is education, volunteer, or paid work, we find meaning, purpose, and connection with others though participation. It is important to be prepared so that we can best support our wellness while expanding our activities.
To feel strong and confident, it is helpful to focus on self-care and to develop a wellness routine. This two-session course will help you develop a practice of self-care so you can thrive. Strategies to make new activities easier will be shared, as well as attention to work/life balance.
(2 sessions in length, each session is 1 ½ hours long).
