Recovery College | Conquering Negative Thought Patterns (Introduction) (Online)
This online course will review patterns of negative thinking and some tips to develop more helpful ways to think. Topics covered: how unhelpful thinking styles evolve, challenging your inner critical voice, identifying patterns of unhelpful thinking, and using mindfulness to support change. We will also briefly discuss the way stigma and self-stigma affect how we think and feel about ourselves (2 hours in length).
