Promoting Positivity and Optimism (ONLINE)
We can all use positivity and optimism in our lives, particularly during challenging times. Emotional regulation is the effort we put into how we think and how we behave to experience the emotions and moods we want to feel. Join us for a look at psychologist Barbara Fredrickson’s 10 positive emotions and how they can be applied to your life, and learn some techniques to support your emotional wellness. (1 ½ hours in length)
