Full refunds, less a $10.00 administration fee, will be given when a written request is received two weeks prior to the date of workshop. Registration may be transferred to another person. There will be a $20.00 charge on all returned cheques.

Introductory and more advanced interactive workshops teaching the principles, skills and methods of Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help individuals move towards positive changes. Develop the spirit and practice of MI designed to explore and resolve ambivalence to change. (2 days or 4-day Advanced Workshop)
An interactive workshop for frontline workers and community members. Provides the knowledge necessary to recognize behaviours associated with mental illness, recovery concepts and community resources. (1 day)
A workshop for the community that prepares participants to identify and engage people with thoughts of suicide and connect them with further help and care. (3.5 hours)
